Edward Rivera’s connection to Puerto Rico began as a teenager when he was sent to the island during a difficult season of life. What first felt like punishment became a life changing experience that opened his eyes to Puerto Rico’s beauty, resilience, and untapped potential.
Today, that experience fuels the mission of Mano Extendida: creating pathways for families to stay, entrepreneurs to rise, and communities to thrive.
